Service Cancellations, Reschedules, No-Shows
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We are a small business. As such, please understand that the spot you have booked cannot be filled by someone else.
Cancellations & reschedules that occur within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a "cancellation fee" equal to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).
Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “no show” fee, equal to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).
Failure to pay the "cancelation" or "no show" fee will result in being unable to be treated by Jacqueline for future bookings.
